I tried to open an old board on my (only) account and got this notification saying “This board is no longer shared, or has been removed”. I can´t find it in the list of boards in my team. How can I recover it?

I use the free version of Miro.

Hi @debs

If your Miro board is no longer shared, it likely means that the board owner has removed your access, you might have been removed from the team where the board is stored, or the sharing link could have expired; to regain access, contact the board owner or your team administrator to re-share the board with you.

You note that you are the only owner but did you join via an invite through someone or an organization? If so, the admin that invited you owned the board and has now restricted it.

In this thread (https://community.miro.com/ask-the-community-45/this-board-is-no-longer-shared-or-has-been-removed-error-13448?tid=13448&fid=45), there is a step by step explanation of how to find boards in your trash bin.

Hello @ElvaMiro !!

Thank you for your answer! And I´m also sorry for answering so late.

If I saw it correctly, I´m the administrator and creator of the board and there is nothing related to this project in my trash can. I also just have one team.

Would you know any other option to solve this problem?
