If someone sets a boards access so that the team the board is in has no permission and specific members in the team have edit access, which permission takes precedence.

AFAIK, the individual (named user) permissions would trump the team level ones.

Just adding that Project permissions trump both team and board permissions. And, Visitor, i.e., Anyone with the link access Trumps Project and board-level user access -- however, team members will not see the board in their dashboards and would need the direct link to the board. And, if you password protect the public board, it is possible to lock the team out of a board while sharing it publicly, and with someone who doesn’t even have a Miro account.
