Board menu wont load from any device nor can I edit or duplicate anything

It looks like the board is partially loading but the UI and controls aren’t rendering correctly, which usually points to a browser or local environment issue.

Could you please try the following troubleshooting steps?

1. Hard refresh again

   • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R

   • Mac: Cmd + Shift + R

2. Clear cache and cookies for Miro, then reload the board

3. Disable all browser extensions (especially ad blockers, VPNs, or privacy tools), then try again

4. Make sure your browser is up to date (Chrome is recommended)

5. Try opening the board in a different browser (Chrome / Edge / Firefox)

6. If you’re using the desktop app, try opening the board in a browser instead (or vice versa)

If the problem continues after these steps, let us know:

• Your browser + version

• Whether this happens on all boards or just this one
