Thanks for reaching out—sorry to hear your board content is missing. Miro does not auto-delete content on free boards due to limits, so your data should still be recoverable if not manually deleted.

Here are a few possible reasons this can happen on a Free Plan, along with steps you can try:

1. Content was accidentally deleted or moved

   • Check the Activity Feed (clock icon in the board menu) to see if content was deleted or moved.

   • Use Undo (Ctrl+Z / Cmd+Z) if you're still in the session where it disappeared.

2. Board content not saved due to connection issues

   • If you lost internet during editing, unsaved changes may not have synced.

   • Try checking the board on a different browser/device.

3. Accessing the wrong board or team

   • Confirm you're viewing the correct board under the correct team (check the dashboard filters).

4. Browser or device glitch

   • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

   • Try Incognito/Private mode.

   • Try a different browser or device
