Hello!

I am using the Miro app on my iPad. The main dashboard opens normally, but when I try to open any specific board, it does not load — I only see a blank screen (no error message).

I have already tried:

  • restarting the app
  • reinstalling the app
  • switching internet connection (Wi-Fi / mobile data)
  • enabling desktop mode / horizontal orientation

But the issue still remains.

Could you please help me solve this problem?

My device: iPad (write your model if you know it)

Miro app version: latest from App Store

Thank you!

HI @Yuliia Serdiuk

Very sorry to hear you are having difficulties. I can only say I just fired up my iPad Pro and it seems to be working fine.

One point to keep in mind is that Miro (as far as I know) communicates using the Internet but also using something called 433-ports and so-called “WebSockets” - and unfortunately some networks cause problems here. So checking on a different network connection -- different WiFi -- might be useful. Just to rule out anything related to the network.

For example, if you have Safari on your iPad, try to see if Miro will run in your Safari browser.

Good luck!  Ken

@Kenneth Ritley Unfortunately a lot of other people are having the same issue. There are multiple posts on the community forum page over the past 2 days.

Hi, thanks for flagging this. What you’re describing matches a current incident affecting some users where boards get stuck on “Connection restored” or fail to load properly.

The team is already aware and working on a fix. For the latest updates, please check this thread: Known bug: Board loading issues on the app.

Appreciate your patience while this is being resolved.

Please can we be informed once this bug is solved so I can let my affected clients know? Thanks.
