Hi Miro Community,
Our board has become completely unusable after team members imported several large Excel tables directly into the board.
Here is what we are experiencing:
- All toolbar icons are grey and non-functional
- No editing is possible — cursor is locked in pan/hand mode only
- Escape key does not help
- Hard refresh (CMD+Shift+R) does not help
- Incognito mode has the same issue
- Mobile app crashes immediately with the message: "Board is too big for this app"
- All users on the board are affected — not just one person
- Another board on the same account works perfectly fine
In the browser console we see these errors:
- "Detected incorrect service lifecycle. Trying to start a service which is already running" (repeated for every service: CanvasController, WidgetController, MouseWheelService, etc.)
- "Manifest for stencil_schema already registered, check the flow"
- "Failed to launch miroapp:// because the scheme does not have a registered handler"
- "GL_INVALID_ENUM: glTexParameteri: Texture filter not recognized" (WebGL error)
The board is on a Free plan. We are the owner of the board.
Is there any way Miro support or a team member can reset or repair this board from the backend? The Excel tables that caused this cannot be deleted because we cannot interact with the board at all.
