Board Access Error

Good morning,

Although the Miro service has been restored, I’m still experiencing a critical issue with one of my boards.

I have two boards in my account: one opens normally, but the other won’t load at all. I’ve already tried duplicating the board with the error, but that operation fails as well.

I need to access this content. How can I regain access?

Could you please confirm if the issue is still happening after the recent service restoration and any basic troubleshooting steps?

  • Refresh the board or reopen it in a new tab
  • Try opening it in an incognito/private window
  • Switch to a different browser or the Miro desktop app
  • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • Check your internet connection stability
  • Try accessing the board from a different device

Also, please let us know:

  • Does the board fail to load with a blank screen, error message, or infinite loading?
  • Are you able to open other boards in the same account normally?
