I am currently experiencing an issue with my board. All of the images have suddenly become blurred, and I am unable to clearly see the icons in the diagram. I have not made any changes to the configuration.
May I please ask how to resolve this issue?

A few things you can try:
Refresh the board – close and reopen it, or log out and back in.
Check your zoom level – sometimes Miro automatically blurs images when zoomed out to improve performance. Zoom in to see full clarity.
Clear cache / app data – if you’re using a browser, clear cache; if on desktop/mobile, try restarting the app.
Check board size and number of high-resolution images – very large boards or many images can cause temporary blurring.
If the issue persists after these steps, I recommend submitting a support ticket with a screenshot or screen recording so the team can investigate backend rendering or performance issues. Let me know if you need help reaching the support team.
