I am being billed for an account at a company I no longer work at. How can I cancel and revert charges? It is very hard to contact support.

Hello, thank you. As I mentioned I believe this charge is coming from an email address i no longer control because I do not work for that company anymore. Attached are the charges that we received on our personal account recently. I need to disconnect my payment and I am no longer at that company and cannot pay for that account and need charges reverted.
