Attach arrow directly to sticky and no shadow

Dear community,

 

is it possible to attach arrows directly to sticky notes? As you can see on the screenshot, for me the arrows always attach to the sticky plus some padding: 

Also is it possible to remove the arrow at the bottom of a sticky?

But then it is no sticky anymore so that no tags can be attached

Adding tags to shapes

Because this is not implemented now and it would be a great additon if it is.
