I have a full license user that get the error message: 

He get the same message when he tries to logoin using the WEB app. Anyone have a solution?

This looks like your company’s IT infrastructure is blocking access to the Miro servers. If this is the first time you are trying to access Miro, I’d recommend providing the info in the following page to your IT security folks: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017572694-Add-Miro-to-Allowed-Domains
