I can't pay for a monthly subscription for starter plan, i’ve tried to use 2 different cards (Visa, Poland and Lithuania) and in all cases there is a message "there is an issue with your payment method. Try a different payment method". Please, help me.

Hi @Business Tools

Sorry to hear about the billing issues. I’ve converted this into a ticket for you and someone will reach out shortly.

I also have the same problem with the payment^ please help me , tried already 6 cards from different countries and have no luck. How could I solve my problem?

Same issue.

Hi @AndiB

I replied in the other thread you posted in; I created a help desk ticket for you and someone will get in touch to help.

I'm having the same problem.

Hi @Masaki Otake

I’ll convert your comment into a support ticket, and someone from our team will reach out to you shortly to assist with your payment problem.

Thank you for your patience!

I recommend checking if your cards are enabled for international transactions, as that can sometimes cause problems. If that doesn’t work, you might want to reach out to Miro’s support team for assistance. They should be able to help you resolve the payment method issue.

I'm having the same problem.

@Eca @Robert Johnson I am having the same issue, we’ve used multiple credit card issued by Philippine banks, none of them work. I am trying to upgrade to Business subscription.

@Cris Denopol

Are you perhaps attempting to purchase less licenses than you have team members?

For example:

You need to either

  1. Remove two team members
  2. Just set up a new paid team for yourself and the other member and then
    1. Add that other member to your new team
    2. Move your boards to the new team space

You can do this from your dashboard:

Or, by going to this page:
