Am I downgrading or locking myself out?

I upgraded to the starter plan for a month to export some pdfs. I am trying to downgrade, but am only seeing the option to cancel. I’ve cancelled, and I’m hoping I don’t just fully lose access to everything I’m storing in here when the term ends … am I doing this right? The support page on downgrading seems out-of-date, because the prompts it’s assuming are not happening for me.

Thanks for the feedback — I’ve checked the current setup and can clarify.

Clicking “Cancel subscription” is the correct and current way to downgrade. There is no separate downgrade option in many accounts. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period, then you can downgrade it to Free. Your boards and content are not deleted. You’ll still have access, but Free plan limits will apply (such as board restrictions or view-only access depending on usage).
