I upgraded to the starter plan for a month to export some pdfs. I am trying to downgrade, but am only seeing the option to cancel. I’ve cancelled, and I’m hoping I don’t just fully lose access to everything I’m storing in here when the term ends … am I doing this right? The support page on downgrading seems out-of-date, because the prompts it’s assuming are not happening for me.
