All the boards from mz 3 accounts got mixed up

Thanks for reaching out! I understand how stressful it must be, especially if those boards contained important work.

Let’s try to narrow down what might have happened and see how we can help:

1. Double-check the team/account you’re logged into
Sometimes this can happen if you’re logged into a different team or profile than expected. Since you mentioned using 3 accounts, please make sure you’re accessing the correct email login and switching between teams (if applicable) from the dashboard.

2. Check “Trash” / Deleted boards
Boards are not permanently deleted right away. Please open your dashboard and check the Trash section for each account — your boards may still be recoverable from there.

3. Search for boards
Use the search bar in your dashboard and try searching by board name. This can sometimes surface boards that are just not visible in the current view.

4. Verify filters / sorting
Make sure there are no filters applied (e.g., “Owned by me,” “Last opened,” etc.) that could be hiding your boards.

If you’re still unable to locate them, we’ll need to investigate this further on our end. Please submit a support request and include:

• The email addresses of all 3 accounts
• Approximate board names (if you remember them)
• When you last accessed the missing boards
• A short description of what you saw when the issue occurred
