All my boards have disappeared

Dear Miro Support Team,

I am the owner of several Miro boards that seem to have been deleted or disappeared from my account. These boards contain essential teaching materials for my Spanish courses, and I urgently need help recovering them.
I am the board owner.
 

Could you please check whether these boards can be restored from Trash or recovered within the 90-day recovery period?

Thanks for reaching out. Since this involves potentially deleted/missing boards and possible recovery from Trash or the retention period, this would need to be handled directly by the Support team, as they can check the backend status of the boards and whether recovery is still possible.

To help speed up the investigation, please be ready to provide (if requested):

  • Board URLs/links
  • Board names
  • Approximate deletion/disappearance date
  • The email address associated with the board ownership
  • The workspace/team where the boards were stored

Hopefully the boards are still within the recovery window and can be restored.
