This has happened twice now. All the lines have broken, shifted to the left. I spent hours yesterday fixing this, and this morning I open the file and it’s happened again. My company will not be using this software going forward, it is buggy and unreliable and is in danger of jeopardising our client relationship. What a complete disaster, I wish we had never tried it out.

There indeed was a bug with connection lines. The bug has been fixed, and the team now can help you to restore the board to a normal state. You can reach out to the Support team via the form and give them editing access to the affected board (either by inviting support@miro.com or enabling guest editors, if you have this option).
