Hi @Marie Adao! Thanks for reaching out.

AI Prototyping is currently in beta. I’ve converted your post into a support request so the team can follow up with you directly. You should receive a response from them soon with the next steps.

Thank you! at the moment i’m paying 12 euros per month, it says that the prototyping starts at 20 euros and then gives me options of 16 euros and 32 euros per month.. very confusing.

when I go to this link I read

  • Starter and Business plans will need to purchase the Miro Prototyping Add-on to continue using advanced Miro Prototyping features (listed below).

    but its not clear how. see the prices above.

@Marie Adao

"it's not clear"

Unfortunately, we have arrived back to the root cause of your needing to post in the first place (i.e., a deficient upgrade/add-on purchase flow - it shouldn't be this difficult). I think you're going to need to wait for the support team to clarify how exactly you purchase the add-on.

Hello,

I have a similar problem. I bought a starter plan just to see for myself how the prototyping works. I have just seen it at some presentation and want to find myself if it’s useful.

It says it’s added to starter plan as a 7 day free trial, but anytime I try to use it it prompts me to upgrade. Which I cannot do because it’s already added.

I’m confused..

@Jakub Ka I think your best bet now is to open a support ticket - details on how to get to the support form link can be found here:
