AI credits exhausted in 2 days — unexpected increase in consumption

Hello Miro Support Team,

I'm experiencing an unexpected issue with AI credit consumption on my Education account.

Throughout October, I used Miro AI extensively on my personal account, and 100 AI credits lasted almost the entire month, despite creating numerous Spanish lessons, generating exercises, and frequently using AI features.

However, on my current account, the available AI credits were completely exhausted in just two days, after creating approximately 7–8 lessons.

My workflow, the complexity of my prompts, and the types of materials I generate have not significantly changed.

This is an enormous difference compared to my previous experience, and I'm concerned that something has changed in the AI credit consumption system.

Could you please clarify:

  1. Have AI credit consumption rates or calculation methods changed recently?

  2. How many credits were initially available on this account?

  3. Could you provide a detailed breakdown of how my credits were consumed?

  4. Is it possible that a technical issue is causing credits to be deducted excessively?

  5. If the deductions were incorrect, could the credits be restored?

I depend on Miro AI for my professional work as a  teacher. Having my entire allowance disappear in just two days makes it extremely difficult to continue preparing lessons.

I would really appreciate a thorough investigation and a specific explanation of what happened, rather than a general description of AI credit limits.

Thank you.

hi @SidneyM0262

Thanks for reaching out! I’ve converted your case to a Support ticket, and the team will follow up with you there.

Please note that the team is currently handling a high volume of tickets, so the response may take a little longer than usual. Thanks for your patience!
