Adder Color bug on tablet (Honor Pad 9)

Every time I try to add a new color it just flashes the Color Picker menu for one second then disappears!

    If the color picker flashes and immediately closes on your Honor Pad 9, this is likely a mobile app compatibility issue rather than a board problem.

    Please try the following:

    1. Update the Miro app to the latest version from the Play Store.

    2. Fully restart your tablet (power off, then turn it back on).

    3. Clear the app cache:
      Settings → Apps → Miro → Storage → Clear Cache
      (Avoid clearing data unless necessary.)

    4. Open Miro in Chrome on your tablet and test the color picker there. If it works in the browser but not the app, it confirms an app-specific issue.

    5. Check for system updates (Android / MagicOS) and install any available updates.

     

    If the issue continues, please submit a support ticket including:

    • Honor Pad 9 model

    • Android / MagicOS version

    • Miro app version

    • A short screen recording of the issue
