I have a retro template board in Miro that includes an 'Action button' which generates themes from sticky notes. The button works as intended for me. However, when my teammates duplicate the template to use it for their teams, they encounter either: (1) the action button is greyed out and marked 'Unconfigured,' or (2) the button is clickable but does nothing. Oddly, for a few teammates, duplicating the board works and the button functions correctly.
Has anyone experienced this inconsistent behavior with action buttons in duplicated boards, or does anyone know how to ensure the action button works consistently for everyone? Any suggestions or troubleshooting advice would be appreciated.
