Hello, could someone please tell me how I can speak with someone—an actual person—in charge of Miro support?

I’ve had a Miro account for some time now. 

I lost access to that email address some time ago, but I’ve been able to access my boards normally. However, today I’m unable to access my boards. When I enter my email address, the password field doesn’t appear, and I see this message:

Check your email: We’ve just sent you a unique sign-in link to your email: danilo.melo@prof.unibh.br.

But since I’ve lost access to that email, I won’t be able to access the verification link.

How can I resolve this? I’ve already tried contacting Miro support via email, but I always get a response from the AI, which doesn’t solve the problem.

I have hundreds of boards with a lot of important content.

Can anyone help me?

I need to recover this account.

      Thanks for the reply.
      If I can log in with my password, I can go in and change my email address.
      That takes care of the issue.

      It would really be a shame to lose access to the boards I already have on that account.

      ​@Eca Hello, I need some help. The account I lost has the organization name set as "Smart brains." I used to log in using the email danilo.melo@prof.unibh.br. As I mentioned, I’ve lost access to that email. I have another Miro account through the company I work for, which I access using the email rodolfovp@algar.com.br. I had requested to replace the danilo... email with rodolfovp@algar.com.br. However, I believe this might cause login confusion, as I would end up with two accounts accessed via the Algar email. Is it possible to log into different organizations/accounts using the same email address? If not, could I replace the danilo... email with rodolfouni@yahoo.com.br instead?

      In short, would it be possible to recover my organization and send me its specific Smartbrains link so I can access it using a different email address—like Algar or Yahoo?
