I have just had an email regarding billing coming due. As far as I’m aware and can see in my profile account I am on a free plan. I am however concerned that I may have two accounts and wish to find out if this is so - to delete both and no longer have an account. 
 

I have no clue why I was recommended to add this as a query to the community but here we are!
