I just paid for a starter plan for my account and received a receipt, but I’m noticing that when I return to my account, it’s still showing as a “free” status. Any thoughts on how to fix?

If your account still appears as Free after purchasing a Starter plan, it’s possible that you’re a member of multiple teams and your dashboard is currently showing a Free team. You can switch between teams in the left sidebar to check if the plan has been applied to another team.

 

That said, I’ve also converted your post into a support ticket so our Support team can double-check everything on the backend and confirm the correct subscription status for you. They’ll follow up directly with more details.
