Hello,
I have a problem with my account:
I have created it earlier the Free account. Now my organisation has bought us an education license. I asked you for that and received email to log in. However, I can't log in: I got the message that this email is already at use. Yes, it is... I used my organisation account for my Free account. How can I get this account upgraded?
