A board is missing

I had a board from 3 years ago, I left it there.
I went in today and realised it’s disappeared and tried to pay for the plan to restore it. 
However, that’s not possible. 
Is there anyway that it can be restored? 
Please help.

    Hi ​@Christine Khoo, thanks for reaching out! Was this board originally stored in a Free plan before you tried upgrading? If so, it’s possible the content was removed due to team inactivity. As outlined in our Help Center, if there’s no activity in a Miro Free team for 12 months, we’ll notify you by email. You then have 90 days after the first reminder to log in and open a board before the team and its content are permanently deleted.

    I’d recommend double-checking your email for any such notifications and also confirming whether you still see the team in your dashboard.
