Hi there, I lost my board ownership or the possibility to edit by leaving a team by accident.Being new to Miro I didn’t realise I created a board in a university team and I wanted to take the board out so that it is not seen by everyone in the Team (500 people). I left the team not realising the board ownership.I still have access to the board with the board link but I can’t edit as the team has reach the free plan limit - and to upgrade costs 4,000$ (due to team size). The ownership of my board has gone to the team admin by default, and this person is not responding to email. I only have 2 boards but I don’t mind paying for a personal membership, but if I do that will I be able to edit and move my board out of this University group not having ownership over the board I created? Many thanks for the help here!
Situation: I am copying many cells from excel into Miro, and there are lots of blank cells on different rows and columns which come through as empty sticky notes in Miro. Idea: The ability to select all empty sticky notes within Miro, saving me loads of time deleting empty post it notes. This idea can be expanded to match / better the functionality in Adobe Illustrators menu function SELECT->SAME or SELECT->OBJECT
When creating a note in a Miro Board, there is not formatting capability for fonts, fonts size and other formatting capabilities. This would be a good enhancement.
With Miro having infinite board space how does everyone decide on what topics/projects/ideas warrant having their own boards vs grouping many topics/projects/ideas into bigger ‘master, boards?I’m really keen to understand how others decide what becomes a Miro ‘team’ or ‘project’ - at the moment we have one team for our agency with clients having multiple project boards but I’m exploring each client having a single project with loads in it!What does everyone else do?
We are working on making Miro more accessible, and released the first significant bundle of product improvements for screen reader users. Now they can be invited to Miro boards – sign up & sign in are screen-reader friendly, it is possible to navigate through the Miro dashboard to open the required board, and the main types of board content such as frames, sticky notes, and shapes can now be accessed with the help of the screen reader. Please, note, that the flow described above works the best for: Users invited to the existing team on the Enterprise Plan Users on Team, Business, Consultant, Education or Enterprise Plan that are invited directly to the board as anonymous Guest Editors All of the flows described above are currently only available on the desktop. The current solution is read-only making it possible for users to access existing board content with the help of the screen reader, and does not allow creating or editing content on Miro boards yet. We will continue worki
There are a growing number of us (teachers/tutors) who would like to see the option to apply virtual backgrounds (several pre-set options as well as the ability to upload custom backgrounds utilizing images of our own or approved by the companies that we work for as independent contractors) in the video chat/meeting room added for Miro Board. This topic was posted about one year ago, but closed after only 3 people upvoted it. The topic is relevant and it is clear to us as teachers/tutors that the feature is critical at this point for educational purposes so I am re-posting it to the wish list. Rationale: While some students attend tutoring during school hours, those who are attending afterschool programs, learning remotely while out sick, or attending tutoring outside of school hours would be able to attend class on an “even playing field”, without identifying their location or standard of living. Many of our students attend class from their bedrooms, shared spaces in the home, or b
Hey Everyone.Looking to chat with all miro users! Doing a survey and asking questions about people’s experience on miro for an assignment. If you have 10-15 mins anytime this week, send me a dm and we can setup a time. I would really appreciate people’s help. Thank you!
I created a board a few weeks ago, and did not share it with anyone. I wasn't working in a team, I was solo. Today, I clicked on the board, and a notification popped up, telling me I did not have permission to access that board, and I had to ask it to its owner. But I am the sole owner! Now the board is gone, and I tried everything in Miro's support page, and nothing works. I was working on the downloaded app, so I can't find a link to it. I was working on the free plan, I don't know if this explains anything, but I really need to access that board again, it has a lot of work done in there. If anyone has an idea of what may have happened, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
Currently the button to click the link when an external link is being used is in the top right corner and not obvious to everyone. It would be good if there was a button or if a shape can turn into a full size button and make it clearer its a clickable shape
I would like to have a function that allows me as Company Admin to send a message to all users currently active in the enterprise account.
