Miro account related query (Miro AI credits)


Hi team, please advise who is the best person to reach out to, in your accounts team to discuss an issue as it relates to credits for my Miro account? Keen to hear and thanks in advance.

Sorry to hear about your issues. I’m not entirely sure what the question is. Are you asking about credits for AI?

Hi @ElvaMiro, thank you for the update. Much appreciated.

We have credits to redeem as a perk entitlement (perks/5008Z00001zn2wVQAQ). My email id was approved for redemption, but the credits were required by your Miro rewards team to be applied to our non-paid starter account.

Would really appreciate if you could apply the credits on my Miro account (company ID: 3458764576568829720) and confirm as soon as it is done.

I checked in and found this article that should be able to help you! This article has just been updated with new information (“Miro AI Credits and AI Add-On”) has step-by-step details on adding the credits, including how to check how many credits you have. 

 

“In Starter and Business plans, you’ll find the AI Credits section on your Billing settings page that will show your credit usage and the number of credits left.”

 

“For Starter and Business plans, contact the Support team through the Contact Form. Pricing for Miro AI Add-On is per seat.”

Hi @ElvaMiro thank you for the email. However this is not AI Credits we are after. The perk entitlement is ‘$1000 in credits for our Team Plan’ to be applied on our account with company id (3458764576568829720):

I am on the ‘Free plan’ now and I dont have access to your billing and support team. Can you update the ticket you created with your support team on 26-Jul-2024?

Quite concerned with the duration it is taking to resolve a fairly straightforward issue.

All we require is applying ‘$1000 in credits for our Team Plan’ to our account ID 3458764576568829720

Hi there -- our customer support specialist Taguhi Poghosyan was in contact and explained that the credits in your account were activated already. The email reads in part:

 

This credit has already been activated as of April 24, 2024, as you have subscribed to the yearly Starter Plan with 7 licenses. Your first invoice #A2BE2693-0001 for US$806.40, has fully been covered by the credit, and you still have a credit of US$193.60 available on your balance.
When it comes to the other team (ID: 3458764576568829720), I can see that it is on Free plan, and there’s no credit applied to it. Please note that you can redeem the Strartup credit only for upgrading 1 plan. The program credit is tied to your [  Saas Vortex  ] email address and cannot be transferred to other users.
 

 If you would like to activate Miro AI Add-On for unlimited credits, please reply to the ticket thread and the team can assist. However, applying the Startup credits to the Free plan is not possible.
