+13Are you referring to the beta reactions feature (if you have it as an option in the left content creation toolbar or the other reactions feature located in the participants panel near the top-right (yes, it is already confusing that there are two reactions features, but likely the beta one will be renamed).
Ah - thank you for asking! I am referring to the Beta reactions feature.
If a team were posting ideas on sticky notes, and then asked to add reactions to the ideas (e.g., 
= love this idea, 
= upvote, 
= downvote) - these notes could then be sorted by reactions in order to find the favorite ideas.
Think of it as an emoji-powered rating system / poll
