Mail confimation for team deletion not received

Hi.

Some colleagues in my company have created teams as part of the Free plan. These teams cannot be deleted by the respective team admin because the corresponding notification email for confimation does not arrive. Other notification mails from Miro are received normally.

Can someone help me further?
