Adding non-team members to Miro board

Hi there,

I’m currently on the team plan and I’m running a workshop tomorrow for 12 people that are outside of my organization. I see that there is a beta feature where I can add them and allow them to edit the board. Will this suffice or do I need to switch licenses and then pay for day passes? Are there any disadvantages to doing it this way?

Thanks!

Best,

Josh

If the workshop is just for a day, day passes would be the cheapest option if you want “named” users and don’t want to risk anyone hacking your board by the use of the anonymous guest editor access. However, I don’t believe day passes are available as a feature in Team plans…
