is it possible to disable users to delete post its?

I’m goint to use the board to make a Retrospective with my team, and i don’t want people to be able to delete the others comments/post its

Unfortunately not - if they have full edit access then they can delete objects regardless of who created them. As a workaround, you could suggest that folks do true brainstorming using the bulk mode sticky note creation (as Miro’s default approach is more like brainwriting) - that way everyone’s stickies will show up at the same time. You could then take a quick backup of the board or copy & paste them all to a different board which only you have access to.
