Three things we need in Miro:

1 - the ability to draw polylines

2- arrows that are less “snappy” -- i.e. more willing to point to things on a drawing rather than trying to snap to key points on the edges of a drawing

3 - when you try to pan by using MMB while the pen tool is selected, it activates and starts drawing -- this is incredibly annoying, please fix!!!

Was it helpful?

@Tbragan - A few comments:

arrows that are less “snappy”

Try holding the Ctrl/Cmd key while drawing the arrow - it should not snap to anything

pen tool draws line when panning

This may be a bug - the Miro support team is aware and the Community is awaiting an answer. I would suggest leaving a comment on this post → https://community.miro.com/ask-the-community-45/possible-bug-right-click-to-pan-is-also-drawing-when-in-pen-mode-10871

Thanks for the tip -- we’ve not discovered that one but I’ll definitely give it a try!

@Tbragan - You’re welcome! Additionally, holding Shift will draw a straight line, snapping it to 45 degree increments.
