Payment transaction has failed

Hi Miro (community), 

I want to upgrade to Consultant plan with a credit card but it won’t work at this time. Is there something I can try to make it work? First time it says “Sorry, your payment transaction has failed” and the second time it’s ‘Customer create failed’
