I don't see Undo and Redo icons in my boards and restore doesn't work

Hi

I have a weird issue. There are no undo, redo buttons in all of my boards and restoring from board history doesn’t work.

This is super annoying and makes me wonder what am I paying Miro for.

Am I doing something really daft?

Help please.

Thanks

Ahmed

@ahmedbax -

Can you post a screenshot of your Miro screen after you have made a change to a board?

Hi @Kiron Bondale the problem was solved by a restart of Miro a few times. I launched Miro while on the train with bad internet coverage. I think there’s a bug that removes history tracking under these conditions.

Can someone from support PLEASE get back to me.  I don’t have the undo, restore options on my board.  I’m not sure if I’m the owner.

It says I don’t have access to the board and when I asked for access, the next screen said someone will respond to my email even though I created the board.

@LisaP - You can find the Miro support contact form by searching for "contact form" in the How to contact Miro support help center article:

Hi Robert, I have filled out a help form about a dozen times with no response. My board just disappeared.  There’s no trash can or undo button.

Does Miro support even exist?

@LisaP - There is a support team, however, if you are on a Free Plan, you will be at the bottom of the priority list.

If you did create the board, then you would be the board owner. The only way someone could have deleted the board is if they deleted you from the team--at which point they would have assumed ownership of the board--and then they added you back to the team.
I would suggest reaching out to other users who are on the same Miro team to see if anyone else can find your board. You can see a list of other users by:

  1. Clicking on the Team profile settings icon

  2. And then then Users
