TLDR: Lost access to board (Free Plan), yet URL link not allowing board recovery.

This is my first question, so forgive me if I make any blunders.
So the start up I’m part of is using Miro boards, and we have largely had a great experience using it! It was a good platform to help enable and document collaboration.
Recently however, something has gone wrong and one of our boards has gone and disappeared.
Now from what I understand, Free Plan users should be able to recover deleted boards using the URL link. When I tried to replicate this proposed solution, I was given a different error message.
I’ve inserted two screenshots to see if anyone else recognises it:
FWIW, I have tried reporting this as a potential bug to Miro too, but I’d be happy to be wrong if there’s a solution. At the end of the day, we just want to get access to all the ideas we worked hard on crafting.
