Hi i cant seem to upload with the upload icon from laptop or app at the moment...anyone know why?
+13Perhaps at the time (~6 hours ago) there was an issue.
Is this still happening for you and if so, what is happening?
- Does the upload button do nothing when clicked?
- Are you able to browse to a file and the upload appeared to be in progress, but then nothing?
- Are you receiving any error messages?
If this is still happening, some things to try/consider:
- Clear browser cache/reset desktop app data
- Sign out and back into Miro
- Disable any browser extensions
- Disable any VPN software
- Disable any anti-virus/malware scanning software

- Is this for all files or just one specific file?
- Is this for all file formats or just one specific file format?

In addition, there is a maximum file upload size of 30 MB, or 32 MP image resolution. While there should be a warning when you are trying to upload a file that does not meet these requirements, it is always possible that a bug or some other condition/component was preventing the warning from being displayed.
