Hello, yesterday I had 4 guests on my board. 2 had access to the chat function, 2 didn't. Those were on different browsers (Firefox and Safari). Why did that happen and how can we solve it? Thank you!!!

Those users might have been the lucky beta testers for an interface change which Miro is piloting as per this thread:
