Hello everyone,

I’m organizing a working session that will last for 2 months with 20 people (5 from my team & 15 from the client team).

What upgrade is the best for us ? Business

If that so, I have few questions : i will basically pay for the all team, isn’t it ? (they don’t have to manage anything related to any payment ?)
When i will invite them on the working board, they will just create a basic account and it’s done, am i right ?

Many thanks for your precious answers.

Much love from France

Assuming you will only have one client, then the Team plan would be fine and you could choose monthly billing so that once the project is over you could drop down from 20 to 5 licenses. If you expect to have multiple parallel clients, consider the Consultant plan as you can segregate access by Teams.

You will be billed for the client user’s usage of your boards so all they need to do is be invited (via their e-mail addresses) to the Team and they would get access.
