Can I adhere text and apple pencil writing TO a sticky or shape?

How can I quickly enter text with keyboard or draw with apple pencil onto a STICKY or SHAPE, and get that text (writing) to adhere to that sticky/shape?

Currently the text or writing seems to be its own thing. I want to be able to easily move the sticky/shape WITH the text/writing to a new location.

IOS 14.2, iPadPro, Mac APP.

Hi @Susan Marks,

At the moment, the only way to unite the two objects (shape and text) is to group them (learn more in the article)

HI, I'm using a touchscreen display connected to a windows 10 PC running the app

Using the smart drawing tool, I'm able to create a sticky note but i’m unable to write or draw on it using the pen on the board . Any drawing \ writing does not stick to the note.

Does Miro do any form of handwriting recognition or allow you to draw on a sticky note using windows 10?

Many Thanks

Hi @bobchops,

I merged your question with a similar one.

You can solve this case by grouping your drawing and the sticky note. After that, they will behave as a single object.
