Lost Access to Miro Boards – Need Help

I used to have an account on Miro, and I created some drawings there. However, my company changed the email domain, and I lost access to Miro. I still have the links to the drawings, but every time I click on them, I can't open. Is there any way to recover the drawings?

Was it helpful?

Hi @Juliana de Toledo Ramos

I'm sorry to hear you've lost access to your boards.

Here are a couple of things you can try to recover access:

Log in with your old email:
If you set up a password for your previous Miro profile (the one using your old email domain), you can still try logging in with that email. Even if the domain is no longer active for your company, the Miro account may still exist.

Ask a team member to invite your new email:
If someone else from your previous team still has access to the board(s), they can invite your new email address to the board or team. That way, you can regain access from your new profile.

If neither option works, your best bet is to contact Miro Support directly with any links you have to the boards. They’ll do their best to help recover access, especially if you can verify ownership.

Hope this helps!
