No invitation link

I have been told that I was invited to a Miro board. However, I do not receive the invitation link. The link has been sent to me repeatedly but it never came through. I checked the mail address used by the invitee and also checked my spam folder. The mails with the invitation link just do not show up. What’s wrong?

@ludger - I see there is now an office incident opened on Miro’s status page - I would suggest that you subscribe to alerts here:

@ludger - I have an open support ticket to report where I was getting invitation emails three days after the fact (to a Gmail address).

It’s worth noting that, once someone had “invited” a user to a board that, unless the inviter did not have the required permissions to fully invite a user to a board/team, then you would have access immediately - you do not first have to “accept” the invite.

If you were invited as a team member or guest, try looking for a new team space available to you from your dashboard, e.g.:

Opening a support ticket

If you are using a paid Miro subscription, you can open a Miro support ticket by following these instructions:

Hi Robert, it turned out that the invitation link cannot be sent to Apple mail accounts with the extensions me.com, mac.com and iCloud.com. They never show up. However, using a non-Apple mail it works like a breeze.
