Images suddenly stopped loading

I’m a super casual Miro user. I make a board now and then for inspiration boards for my home projects. I made a new board about a month ago, put a bunch of photos in it (maybe like 30 photos?) from various sources. Board was working just fine for a few weeks but when I loaded it up today, all the photos are now exclamation marks.

I’m using Miro via browser.

What I’ve tried:

  • clicking on the exclamation mark to see if there’s a refresh (nope)
  • cleared cookies, restarted browser
  • incognito mode
  • different browsers
  • duplicating the board

Would appreciate any help on this matter. I really don’t want to have to remake this board.

The issue with loading boards from dashboards and disappearing images has been resolved successfully. Some users may still experience latency, but this is expected to return to normal soon. Our team will continue to monitor the systems closely to ensure stability.

Miro is having some type of technical issues. No response from support and their status page shows all is good. Third party monitoring sites indicate there are issues.


Same issues here, across the entire team. No images are loading on any boards, and boards have disappeared from the home tab as well. Issues are consistent using browsers or the desktop app. 


Yup same issue, im glad its not just a problem for me, now Miro just has to fix it and everything will be back to normal.
