[RESOLVED] Boards have vanished


We have several boards, today they all vanished. We can see in the profil that there should be 9 boards, 6 of them locked (free). s. Screenshot.

Any idea anyone?

HI everyone,

 

The issue with loading boards from dashboards and disappearing images has been resolved successfully. Some users may still experience latency, but this is expected to return to normal soon. Our team will continue to monitor the systems closely to ensure stability.

Yes, I have lost access to all of my boards. It started with pasting images into a board failing. I logged out and back in to see if that would resolve. Now I can log in but see no boards. It does ask me if I want to create new ones. The Miro status page indicates everything is well but third party monitoring sites indicate Miro is down.

Now there are issues accessing the comunity. I had to try multiple times for it to let me log in (I was already logged in). Still no updates on their official status page. https://status.miro.com/us

We’re dealing with the same issue, all boards are missing from our account. Miro status is still reading as ‘Fully Operational’ as of 11am EST, but clearly something’s up. Hoping for updates.


Same problem here. I can access the boards from external links or already-open browser windows, so they still exist, but there are no boards listed under the home page or “recent”.

Boards are now showing up for us, but images on the boards aren’t loading. Looks like the status page shows the Miro team is aware of and investigating the issue. Fingers crossed it’s fixed soon!

Edit: As soon as I posted this the board I was working on populated all images, so looks like we might be back up and running?

I encountered the same issue on my end but the boards are restored after refreshing my dashboard.

Could you please try to refresh your dashboard as well? Please let me know the result.

I’m unable to load a specific (and important!) board, it is stuck on a grey page with a blue loading bar.

Other boards in my team load fine. Other team members are also unable to load the board. 

This board uses new Miro features.

I’ve tried the following:

  • Refreshing the page
  • Clearing my cookies/cache
  • Logging out

Any ideas what may be happening?

I am still having issues with one specific board that uses new beta features. I’ve raised a support request.
