Hello everyone,
I'm facing an issue when trying to import a CSV file into Miro's Mind Map app. Despite multiple attempts and format adjustments, the hierarchy is not being recognized properly, and I either get a single node or a flat list instead of a structured mind map.
π What Iβve Tried:
β
Using the Parent β Child format (two distinct columns).
β
Testing different separators (,
- ;
- \t
for tabulation).
β
Removing any empty root nodes.
β
Formatting as multiple columns (Level 1 β Level 2 β Level 3
).
β
Ensuring the file is UTF-8 encoded and correctly structured.
β Issue Observed:
When I import the file, Miro doesnβt display the hierarchy correctly, and I only see one node or a flat list, instead of a properly structured mind map.
π Example of the CSV File Tested:
csv

Social Media as a Lead System" "2. Social Media as a Lead System","Don't see social media as a bonus" "2. Social Media as a Lead System","Transform social media into a conversion system"
π‘ Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there a specific format Miro requires for proper mind map structuring?
Thanks in advance for your help! ππ
