Extend education plan

I have this same problem as here, where the solution was to create a ticket.

The email link says:

Hmm, that didn’t work

That page can’t be reached, but if you double-check it, we’re happy to try again.

Is there another way to extend the education plan, or should I re-apply, or do I need a ticket created?
