Miro Board Disappeared


Hey everyone

 

I had this Problem on a previous account where it didnt matter much but now I lost a board i really need. Did anone else have that Problem and can i fix it?
I had a Miroboard with a partner (board owend by me) but now neither of us can see it anymore. What can I do?

The issue with loading boards from dashboards and disappearing images has been resolved successfully. Some users may still experience latency, but this is expected to return to normal soon. Our team will continue to monitor the systems closely to ensure stability.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with your board. Since the board is owned by you, there are a few potential reasons it might no longer be visible:

  1. You may have been removed from the team where the board is stored.
  2. The board might be linked to a different email address if you have multiple Miro profiles.

Could you please confirm if you still have the board's URL? If so, what message appears when you try to access it?

Hello

I dont have the link stored since i always accesed it via my miro account. I am the owner of the board and im still in the team. the board just doest show up like it never existed. And its not linked to a diffrent email adress i checked my only other account. 

It also doesnt show up in my recents its just gone.

  • Any collaborators who had access to the board.

Hello! I have the same problem too. Suddenly all my boards went missing. Even my profile picture disappeared. I’m in great panic now

In the meantime, kindly try to Refresh your Miro dashboard – Some users have reported that a simple refresh brings the boards back.

I got my boards back. My gosh, that was extreme, I saw whole my life passing by my eyes)) from now on I’ll be backing up everyday))
