The space bar and right mouse button stop working to navigate the board

After months of using Miro, suddenly the space bar and right mouse button stopped working to drag the frame.Has anyone else had this problem and know how to resolve it?(I'm using it via the web)Thanks!João

Here are a few things you can try:

  1. Sometimes a quick refresh or browser restart can help resolve temporary glitches.
  2. This can resolve many web-based issues that stem from stored data.
  3. Make sure you're using a browser that’s fully supported by Miro (such as Chrome or Firefox) and that it's up to date.
  4. Check if any browser extensions might be interfering with Miro's functionality. Try disabling them to see if that helps.
  5. This will disable extensions and allow you to see if the issue persists.

If none of these solutions work, I'd recommend contacting Miro support directly, and they can assist you further. Feel free to let us know how it goes!
