Why is my Miro board not loading in Chrome, staying on a gray screen?

I’m having trouble accessing my Miro boards in Chrome; they only show a gray screen and don’t load no matter how many times I refresh. I’ve tried using Incognito mode, where it works fine, but the boards won’t load in my regular browsing tabs.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  • Clearing cache and cookies
  • Updating Chrome to the latest version
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome

Is there anything else I should try to resolve this issue? Thank you!

Hi @Nataly Farah

Thanks for reaching out!

It sounds like you've already tried some good troubleshooting steps! Since the issue is not occurring in Incognito mode, it may be caused by an extension or browser setting in your regular browsing tabs. Here's what you can try next:

  1. Try disabling any extensions in Chrome, especially ad blockers or security-related ones, as they might interfere with loading Miro.
  2. Try creating a new user profile in Chrome (Settings > People > Add Person) to see if the issue is specific to your current profile.

If the problem persists, feel free to reach out to Miro Support with additional details, including a screenshot of the gray screen and any error messages.
