I am trying to sync a board from Jira into a planning roadmap in Miro. When I link the Jira board, and then select parent as the column field, no information appears. The only filter that allows my Jira board to sync over is if I have Sprint selected as my column field.
Any thoughts on why? Please note I tried this on a different Jira board, and it allowed me to sync data from Jira and sort if by parent.

Is the "planning roadmap" you're referring to a Miro template? If yes, are you trying to use this template and then sync your Jira board?
Additionally, it might help to double-check if the parent field is properly configured in your Jira board. Since it worked with a different Jira board, there could be specific settings or filters on the current board that are preventing the parent field from syncing.
